Yeah you're right. Fat ratios in general is very important. I'm not sure about omega 3:6, but I think Ray Peat says that they are both trace minerals basically and what you say seems to agree, in that they are both so low in most foods that they are around the same level. One might be better than the other, I'm not sure, but I think the problem is that either of them are high in the first place, not that they are out of 1:1 ratio.

The main fat ratio to watch out for is Saturated:Poly/monounsaturated

Obviously it can be acquired from ear damage to the nerve endings in your cochlea from loud noise, but if you're like me your parents and yourself were responsible and didn't listen to loud music or go shooting without ear pro and still have it. Disease of the brain. Psychedelics can treat it in some cases, but I don't think psychedelics are needed. I think it's mostly diet. It may be permanent damage from trace mineral deficiencies during developmental stages though. Mine gets better when I get more sleep, less stress, better food.
