Wouldn't game developers actually lose more money with this legislation?

For example with the current amount it is:
>earn 100k
>lose 30k apple
>total 70k, before government taxes

New:
>earn 100k
>lose 20k to apple
>lose 1/3 of 80k to new fund, 26.6k
>alternatively lose 1/3 of 100k to new fund, 33.3k
>walk away with either 53.3k or 66.6k BEFORE government taxes
>literally less than the already large bamboozle of 30%

The middle class really is being destroyed isn't it. You're either rich enough that these taxes are irrelvant or poor.

Ironic how all the fanboys for Steam defend the 30% rate (likely only for Steam) under logic that they are doing a bunch for you when realistically it's not a lot, you're just selling your game on their storefront.
