Do incels browse /biz/?

I'm seriously concerned about these shootings by incels. I'm a reasonably well-to-do white guy (married, 3 kids, tall, never had any trouble having sex or finding a job, in my 30s). Every shooting I feel less interested in collaborating with other white men, especially when they're young, single, ugly, and uneducated. Don't incels realize that they're digging a hole for themselves? People are starting to realize that there's a pattern here: ugly white men who can't get pussy will eventually shoot everyone around them. Now tell me, who the fuck is going to hire people like this? What women will want to date these abominations? No wonder women are flocking to BBCs and companies are looking for 'diverse' candidates.
