This is why any kind of serious surgery on your spine, knees, whatever scares the fuck out of me. Anytime I read about it I hear horrible stories like OPs and every surgeon seems like incompetent hacks just trying to make a buck. I’m such a huge believer in taking a natural approach to these things and would highly recommend the same suggestions others have had about getting a physiotherapist and going down the path of slowly becoming physically active and fit. The human body is absolutely insane with what it can do. Surgeries are an absolute last resort, and even then I still wouldn’t do it because I don’t trust those kikes.
