Without real world data, you're stuck at real-world use-cases which is basically transferring crypto kitties etc.
He never answers the question, he just reiterates the real world connectivity problem, stuttering and sighing and forgetting what the question was. It was a good question despite its poor wording; Johan could have taken it as an opportunity to talk about efforts to make data reporting more reliable outside of the middleware or efforts to make backend systems more easily integrated with blockchain... but he decided to reiterate the fucking oracle problem. Now that I think about it, this is basically what Sergey does too. This seriously makes me want to sell.
