But lets say I go into full on psychosis after years of marriage and get a divorce. In that not very probable case my doctor wife would not have to give me more than truly belongs to me. You never know what can happen.

I guess we have different view on the prenup. For me it's purely just an insurance for the absolute (not very probable) worst case scenario. For you it seems more like a sign of distrust. And I agree, trust is the #1.
