It's wrong though. Eugenics is beneficial, what they're doing is not. Look at Russia. The genocide there killed all of the Russian intelligentsia and set the country back centuries genetically. The book actually talks about how the Bolsheviks took the Russians and made them subhuman by killing all the great elements of the race.
