Alright, so I was reviewing the footage and now that I've seen the beginning of Sleepaway Camp, I can't believe that anyone didn't see the twist coming.
I still haven't decided if this woman is supposed to be a man or what. I can't find anything that leads me to believe she was ever not a woman, but I just look at her and she looks so mannish. That must have been deliberate.

And that weird scene where the guy starts puking and they show us something and we don't understand what the hell he's looking at, that's a 3 campers in sleeping bags that got chopped up with a hatchet.
