i have been taking caffeine every day for almost 8 years and i have cut it out cold turkey since last sunday.
i gotta say, i never would have imagined withdrawal symptoms being this bad (no appetite whatsoever, no energy, feel like i have zero dopamine, anxiety through the roof)
anyone else ever tried cutting out caffeine completely? i will never do any hard drug after seeing how dependent i became on something simple like caffeine
