This announcement isnt directly relevant to Ripple, it's just interesting that the SEC is now openly and actively coordinating with UK regulators...

In their letter to the SEC, they directly talk about coordination with the FCA (the UK SEC-equivalent body that has regulatory clarity, and designated XRP as a currency)
