It's from a paper called leverage for the long run. The problem with 2x and 3x ETFs is volatility drag. You can use the 200 moving average to negate the higher volatility periods and avoid the drag queen story time. It's a decent enough entry and exit point as well. Buy above the 200 MA, sell and buy T Bill bills below.

Not that anon. Also, the 29-32 and 08-09 markets are the only that would have killed a 2x SPY. 08-09 only applies if you lump sum'd at the very top. I have more pics if you want to keep proving yourself wrong.
