Imagine you're at a fancy dinner with janet yellen and nancy pelosi. They've gone hard on the seafood, wine and cocktails, and you were starting to get nervous about the bill. Maybe you adjusted your expectations and went for beer and breadsticks instead, maybe you figured if you could make them laugh then they'd like you, or maybe you convinced yourself you deserve to be at the table because you work really, really hard.
