The richest and most powerful nation on planet Earth and throughout human history (USA) has failed? No. Americans are race-mixed Europeans and the results are good. They're genetically a good mix. Race is real if we want it to be but it's arbitrary. We can make a 1,000 races or a couple depending on criteria. This is all irrelevant anyway because you and all people are already race-mixed.
