Bring them out of the third world status? Are you fucking dumb? Do you even realize that India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Mexico, Brazil, etc etc.. are all third world countries? Bringing all of Africa out of the third world status would put them right next to China themselves and that won't happen for obvious reasons. Also, there's no point in trying to push their status up.. just provide the african countries with jobs and better growth outlooks and they will start consuming just like India.. that's why countries invests in Africa, not because they expect them to become some sort of powerhouse but because a third world shithole with enough jobs will become massive consumers and they will be directly tied to the countries that invested/loaned them a shit ton of money.
