I am choosing sealed because I want pristine silver bars never touched by human hands. Do (sealed) bars guarantee this?

I see that some bars on some of these sites can be secondary market.

What are the opinions of silver bought secondary market?

Also, I always wanted a tiny burlap sack of 60%/90% silver coinage, as a jest. Is this a wise investment, or will I never be able to find a buyer..?
