They are in the process of developing a pilot plant to produce high quality silicon from low quality quartz. They bought up a bunch of old gold mines in Canada, to provide them with generous amounts of quartz and maybe find some gold in the process. They are working with PyroGenesis, which is a company that specializes in plasma processes. The people at PyroGenesis do work for the US Navy, and they think that HPQ Silicon has some serious potential. They have already proven that their process works at a small scale, now they have to prove that they can do it at a commercial level. If they do, they have the opportunity to make serious money. Liberals love solar panels, and there is always going to be liberals. More and more liberals are being made every day by colleges and CNN. Yea it’s a penny stock. But it’s a good penny stock. Governments are always willing to throw money at ‘renewable’ energy, no matter if it even works. And this works.
