DVPN (Sentinel) the first and best decentralized VPN framework. If real world application and usecase for your alt is what you want it doesn't get any more pure than a token for a VPN. This is exactly what crypto was made for. Currently ranked in the 800s in mcap, just bottomed out after a prolonged decline that began in January. SolarDVPN, the flagship whitelabel building on Sentinel, has just released its iOS and Android apps, with desktop soon to follow. This is the closest thing to a sure bet in my portfolio, it has the potential to supplant the entire legacy VPN industry.

I'm thinking of diverting 250 LINK into SENT right now. Is this a stupid idea? Are we in for a 'dump the news' kind of situation? I want more SENT but don't want to overleverage myself fiat wise.

Sentinel literally has the power to end censorship worldwide. Nodes from centralised VPN providers get blacklisted in China or Russia or UAE, with sentinel new ones pop up as anyone can host a new node any time. There is no way for authorities to keep on top. It’s literally going to change the course of human history.

thats why sentinel other then a staking token will also be a governance token so that no outside entity can easily attack the network or take control of the protocol like they did with tor, fake rape allegations won't work against decentralized and anonymous governance processes.

it will probably , work the same way as cosmos incentivized testnet did.
game of zones was a very successful initiative and sentinel team got noticed by many top cosmos validators (that will probably participate in sent test net too) thanks to their stellar performance that resulted in them winning the competition

there will be 3 types of nodes that you can host with increasing risk/reward
-first one is the relay node, this type of node won't get in contact with the end end requests of users, this is the safest node and only relays data through the multi hop protocol
-second type is an exit node that tunnels all requests for data through tor
-third type of node is the pure exit node that come directly in contact with the data, this type of node is for users that already run tor relays or are more experienced

most users will probably run either the first or the second type of node which are safe.
