Use both, learn basics of TA (supply/demand zones, volume, candlesticks, maybe some indicators) - you will become better at reading charts, finding entries and calculating risk. Learn the basics of fundamentals: how the mkts work and large institutions invest. Why value is considered value, why growth is growth, what is a complete shit stock etc. Find the answer/-s why tsla is so high.

Just try different things and see what works for you, most good swingers find what they're good at and do only that. Remember trading is a business of odds, so always know your potential loss vs potential profit. This is the key to everything else.
