Nice stuff m8, iced tea spoons are awesome. I've never actualy used them for iced tea (Long Island or otherwise) but they're really useful and convenient for many other things. Do you have a bigboi meat carving set in the Royal Danish pattern yet?

Nice, Do I recall correctly that you bought a big set in that pattern from a 2nd-hand or antique shop while they were having a 20% off sale some time ago? How many total Royal Danish pieces will you have when the new purchase arrives?

Since they kinda fell out of fashion and were no longer being produced regularly by the 1890s I don't think you'll find solid ice cream or fish serving knives in your pattern unless they were essentially unique custom jobs. Might be something you could try making if you're handy and have some appropriate equipment though.
