Case in point here. Somebody at the SEC has been hiding shit in the footers. Hard to see but take a look at the tiny yellow highlight at the bottom of the page. When you open the full case text it's displayed as an image so you'd need to do image-to-text if you're a big organization trying to scrape filings and automatically parse them. Only retail people using the EDGAR search browser tool would find this. I'm showing you the case number so you can search it in EDGAR yourselves, but there's a ton of these out there and it's not limited to this one.
