also, what makes you think banks don't already own a good part of the escrow and a lot of the XRP already distributed? retail holders account for a fairly small amount of the XRP distributed if i had to guess. have you read the SEC complaint? they talk about how Ripple was selling billions of dollars worth of XRP to institutional clients.

why do you lie? is it some kind of assignment? do you get points? i hope you're getting some kind of compensation for this.
