What are some good long term stocks to have in your portfolio /biz/?

I'm looking for some help on starting a business. My situation is a little abnormal, so maybe you can help me figure this out.

I'm a disabled bro, basically forced NEET because of it. But I have some skills in building dioramas and terrain for wargaming. It's a hobby I've had for years, which I do when my body allows me to (chronic pain).

So I was looking at finding a way to monetize it. I can build high detailed terrain pieces and cast them to sell on Ebay. I can generally get an hour of activity a day, which would be more than enough to do what I would need to do to produce a reasonably amount of products and I can sacrifice my health get things off the floor.

My plan is to build up a fanbase of viewers for my work and use this to build a customer base. It will be slow and take a lot of work, but I think it's doable. I have contact with popular Youtubes who would have corporate supports and large fanbases who would definitely catapult me up the attention ladder.

I know with the advent of 3D printers it could in the future become unsustainable, but I could always convert my skills over to 3D printing and using my painting skills to offer custom high quality 3D printed projects.

I was also thinking of trying to get some of my work published in magazines and one of my dreams is getting an art project in a gallery expressing chronic pain in a 3D space (not shitty modern art stuff). I see like this published all the time and hate what I see, so one of my goals is to get attention based on that from the disabled community/artfags who worship that shit.

I am currently working in an european branch of a rather big american company in the leisure and tourism industry.

Is it normal that HR is rather harsch? I've never thoguth to see that many lawsuits in a company yet. I am still young, thogh, so advise me /biz/. People here get fired left an right, and most of them being longtimers. I kind off have the feeling, due to old contracts, they had an eye on especially these people to get rid of them.

If yes, i just want to be sure not working in an american company again.
