I require /pmg/ guidance. In the photo I posted, is this knife sterling hollow handle with a stainless blade or is it sterling throghout?

I'm looking to add a cake knife to my collection and if solid pieces exist I'd rather pursue that rather than HH. I know most knives that aren't for butter or fish are HH because of how soft silver is when cutting.
