But also because summer is always a very tense period for the financial system. Especially the western banks. Each year, it's trillions USD worth of savings migrating south, with all the wagies spending what they could save for the past year in vacations. It leaves huge holes in the treasury of most western nations banks, money they'd rather have at disposition as collateral for all kinds of operations.
This is why imho some of the globoelites have been warning about a financial collapse for July/August.
