Is anyone else kind of locked-in to holding because their whole brokerage account is in GME, and if they sold they literally wouldn't be able to buy it back in the dip since the money has to settle?
It feels like I'm a passenger on a roller coaster.

So it seems that btc can be reliably expected to fork in order to deal with network problems. Instead of thinking short term gainz let's consider the long term advice handed out here and everywhere else to casual investors (buy a bit of btc and forget about it).
A longstanding criticism of btc is that, while it's the first and most widely supported crypto it also suffers from problems that newer coins do not. Such as the scaling issue, mining issues et cetera.
It also lacks features that are built in to new crypto.
An example would be conditional payments, found in byteball and some other coins.
Is btc 10 years down the line going to have incorporated some of these functionalities? Can we expect a protracted period of updates and forks as these features are added?
Are there many features btc could never incorporate, for example some of the anonymity features as the network is already very visible?
What will btc in 2027 look like? What will have been added? What will hold it back? Will it be overshadowed by more other crypto or adapt to preserve it's relevancy?
