To make this pmg related: You've heard of shrinkflation, but have you heard of quality deflation (or inflation idk lol). Anyways, the quality of foods has decreased drastically. If you actually try to buy those foods in store, they are much more expensive. If you buy raw milk regularly from a farm it's easier to buy those things cheaper than in a store though.

Will do. Make sure to get fluoride free water. Post above had a pic about iodine deficiency and hypothyroidism that causes a wide range of diseases, and it is caused in large part by fluoride in the water supply, but there's also little organic iodine in our food and salt too.
