serious question for anons that hold a significant volume of a token that will soon be introducing staking...

1. are you planning on running a node with your own hardware or renting a vps, etc and why would it be your preference
2. are you preparing to run a staking pool on top of that- would you run a centralised pool service or set it up using smart contracts
3. are you accumulating to increase the size of your stake, personally I am increasing the size of my position as I am worried about institutional involvement

for myself I am
>planning on renting a vps as costs should be more fixed and it should be easier to scale up if needed
>I would like to run a staking pool where I allow people to stake their tokens along with mine in the node, I will take a competitive percentage of their portion of the earnings. haven't decided whether I will require users to entrust me with their tokens or not, this is partly because I don't yet know what the staking solution will look like and need to wait for info, and also because I need to do more testing with smart contracts to ensure that there osnt a fuck up between deposit payout and withdrawal
