I think between Jan 13 and 15 we'll see some real action. Until then, who knows. I wouldn't be surprised if the lawsuit was dropped. Look for news about Elad Roisman now that he's replaced Clayton. If he dropped the lawsuit as his first action it would send a strong message indeed.
