The pure blooded abo's go their whole lives without a bath or a clean cup of water. Why many blacks in Darwin / Cairns area usually don't make it out of their 20's.
When I was in Cairns I would go to sleep at 10pm with blacks drinking outside my house on the street and wake up at 4am, nothing would of changed, get home at 4pm and the same blacks have either fallen over or still drinking.
