MARA has is a bit more diluted than RIOT, but from digging through MARA’s reports and presentations, it makes sense why they did the offerings because in terms of mining output, because of their aggressive expansion, MARA will be light years ahead of every other BTC miner when they receive all of their miners and it’s insane that nobody cares to look into it
