I got in but I just realized something...is it possible to fucking lie on a SEC form? Like, my whole confidence in this stock is the fact that they submitted the form, but it just really sunk in...$2 billion is a LOT of fucking money. How the fuck does a penny stock get that kind of financing? Someone tell me they can't lie on SEC forms. Surely it'd be a lawsuit and/or jail time to commit such a fraud? I'm getting worried here and wishing I never entered this position even though I got in at $0.06
