That's perfect. Right when BTC bottoms, and we have a mega pump off the lows this shitcoin will be bussin' no cap frfr.

Better to buy a bussin' coin at a sus price than a sus coin at a bussin' price

Unironically this. To me there's too many interesting things in the world that even if I did have 24h a day free time for the rest of my life I could easily entertain myself. From coding and playing the piano to working out or skateboarding and everything in between. Also reading, playing videos games, going on walks in nature or mountaineering every once in a while.

You really have to be an empty loser to not be able to enjoy spending your free time unless you "earned" it by being a wagecuck.

You can buy contracts to have shares reserved for you at a certain price. A covered call is you writing that contract yourself and selling it to someone else. The catch is you need to have the shares on hand in case they decide to exercise it. That's why its called a covered call.

Are REITs legit or a meme? It'd be nice having real property exposure going into a national inflation scenario, but I don't want to be arsed with dealing with property upkeep and shitty tenants.

>astrology is Indian
Technically it originated in Sumeria and has been in nearly constant use across the globe. There's Chinese, Vedic, Renaissance, early 20th century, and post 60s dogshit, each one does things a little differently, but only the modern version marketed to listless w*men is totally worthless. Considering how big the financial astrology sector is, I'm surprised there isn't an astrology general. Most financial astrology focuses on precious metals and predicting the ATH/ATL, but I know one guy has started correlating the bitcoin market with moon nodes and planetary transists, and aside from a couple massive mistakes that gave him important data, he's been mostly right when it comes to timing rather than price. If there aren't a bunch of seething materialists I might make a thread about it.

For anyone interested in what led Michael Burry to finally short housing, it was when banks started offering payment free loans, entirely for speculative home investing. That's when he knew the top was in. I don't think the kikes will go that far again in just a decade after the last time it obliterated them, but near interest free loans is pretty close to what happened last time, and is a close signal to the top as well.

I call people nigger because it's transgressive, and I acknowledge on-average differences in physical and mental traits between people descended from geographically distrinct ancestral populations, but I still do my best to let individuals prove their own worth regardless of ethnicity since there are always outliers and exceptions to the rule.

Am I racist?
