The only way to ensure perpetual returns is to have an inflation mechanism tied to a value creating proposition, e.g. ethereum produces more ether and the network grows. A fixed supply with no service to provide will very rapidly fall into a stable state in which most participants do not get a return. This is fine when you're trying to dump bags on twitter or reddit, but you've marketed the coin to such an specific and insular community...this project has no legs anon.
