I'm so happy for you bro. Yeah it would be a nobrainer if my net worth was 6 figures, but right now in stocks, bitcoin and the bank, my liquidity is 25.000 so still a bit nervous about doing it.

And yeah there are lots of retired somewhat rich foreigners here. I'm from Andalusia (south of Spain). There are some parts in Malaga/Marbella/Costa del Sol, where I feel like I'm in Sweden or England, because they are all foreigners. They all look superhappy. There are even special shops that bring the food brands from Sweden/England/... , so you don't miss your countries food.
Then there is Ibiza and Mallorca, they are much more expensive, since they are small islands. That is mostly for the ultrarich, like football players.

I would choose somewhere in Costa del Sol, just because you can do so many more things if you are not on an island.
