i day trade and also i have panic attacks. am i just insane? i don't get anxiety over day trading, i find it exciting and have a good strategy that manages risk. the only indicators i use are 2 EMA's.

i could be down $1k day trading and not panic. but movie night with co-workers is still something im not sure im capable of handling without humiliating myself. it's a rough life, bros.

no one bothers to track metrics about the business, but it make you seem like a very important person when you have relevant information about the company that no one else has, AND you know how to communicate it with a pretty chart
