To all you business owners/managers/etc, how many of you actually care about "time theft"? The company I used to work for made an absolutely huge deal out of it and I never understood why. People told me I would understand once I was a manager or owner and now that I'm an owner of my own I still don't care about it. As long as the job is getting done throughout the day and I'm still profiting, why should I care if my employees spend 30 minutes a day browsing 4chan or something? Am I wrong? Do I have a bad mindset? Please justify to me how "time theft" should be grounds for termination.
