I think only investment companies can put new ETFs on the market

If you wanted to mimic an ETF, you would buy fractional shares of the stocks proportional to the % of the ETF you want to them to comprise

So if you wanted to make a /biz/ ETF, it would actually be changing every few days / every week because something new is always being shilled. Right now it would be like

Intc options or AMD
wkhs or nio
Tqqq which is retarded to have in an etf
Tsla options
Vix or tvix
Silj
Gdxj or some miner stocks
Airliners
Dnny
Rtx
Chainlink
Btc
Other shitcoins to gamble on

It would probably be a terrible ETF overall. /smg/ etf wpuld be awful as well because there are too many gamblers. You would have to make at least 2 smg etfs: 1 for the people looking to 5x overnight and 1 for the people just looking for stable growth and reputable companies
