posted this yesterday but the market has a cruel way of NEVER doing what it used to. This is the first time that bitcoin has really started to take back it's dominance with a vengeance, look at the market cap dominance (pic related from a thread i made yesterday). If Dominance goes to 70 (which is a sure thing), that means alts go from 35->30 which is a 15% drop in sats. If it goes to 80, that means it goes from 35->20 which is a 43% drop in sats. Anyway that's why they keep falling, because the market always does something different, and looking at the dominance chart, it's clear that BTC is going back to at least 70, probably 80% dominance.

I wrote a market making bot that does pretty well with fiat regardless of the market (bull, bear, crab), but it not so well when market making BTC markets without margin trading (only on spot). The reason is because alts tend to just bleed without any real bounces when BTC dominance goes up the way it's going right now, but even during the bear, fiat pairs always had some fight in them. Was wondering how anyone else is increasing their BTC stack, or are we just shit out of luck for the next few months unless we short BTC pairs? While I have never gotten liquidated, reading that email about what happened at Poloniex with CLAMS a month ago is way too scary, and I immediately stop all margin trading after that. People lending BTC lost 16% because of some retarded shitcoin that has no business being traded on margin makes me worry about a flash crash that could wipe out anyone on margin or lending their precious BTC. Thoughts? Pic related, I can increase my BTC stack when dominance goes down (green) or sideways, but up (red arrows) seems impossible. Purple arrow is where I worry dominance will go.

tl;dr how the fuck do you increase your BTC stack without trading on margin while BTC dominance goes up?
