30's bro here. It's a double edged sword. It is true that you become more valuable to women, but the other edge of the sword is that you lose interest in them, in my case at least. I ended up not respecting at least 95% of women, and don't want anything to do with them, even as a fuck. I ended up marrying a girl that I actually respect though and life is pretty good.

It is quite satisfying though when I come across a photo of somebody I knew in high school who was hot or popular and now they're a landwhale or some total loser though. I've aged pretty decently and a lot of people I've known since I was a kid look horrible for their age.
