To be honest I would say you should look into a field you have the most knowledge in and will enjoy. I took data analytics with a stats degree and it was a piece of cake, but the blockchain was definitely challenging, I'm in the midst of taking it now and it gets pretty difficult. At the end of the day you want the best chance of being able to take the quizzes and get decent grades. They make sure you dont fail so dont stress too much, but no employer ever cares about my blockchain knowledge, I'm sure they're more into financial or data analytics, something that's useful for a neet cubicle job. They have stuff in management as well, so choose something you can pair with your own skills and knowledge. I'm really aiming to take the python course next, it seems the most basic since I'm kinda dumb with programming, and have minimal experience.
