You could do it, but you'd quickly run into the pattern day trader rule. Some brokerages will lock your account it you trade TOO much. You need a couple long positions in your account to keep a steady income.

you cannot buy then sell a stock more than 4 times in a 5 day timeperiod

if you sell a stock youve owned for a while (1 day, 1 week, 1 decade, doesnt matter) then buy thhat same stock it is not a day trade
but if you then sell that newly bought stock, it is

RH blocks you from getting PDT by default

and i think you can just replace the word "stock" with the word "calls" or "puts" for options

>Not exactly. Frequent day trading is not allowed on Robinhood (without the designation- see Robinhood rules re; pattern day trading) but you can day trade all you like with any other brokerage.

Day Trading 3 times within 5 days with less than $25,000 in your account is illegal for EVERY broker, it's a federal law that you cannot do it (thanks Obama), if you try, you WILL be locked out of buying it selling ANY stocks for 180 days
There is no way around this with leverage

If you have over $25,000 then you should be able to do it as much as you want, no matter what broker
