Simply put - is there a way I can raise capital via a cyrpto mechanism/broker, withdraw the funds raised, complete the business, and pay back the funds with interest by a set date? I understands this is like an OTC bond transaction, but I'm not sure if there is a way to do this with crypto...

Ideally, I'd like to raise $1 million USD with a return of 15%, that would be all due and payable within 60 days. What kind of institution / broker could I go to? Is there even a mechanism like this that exists?
