I got banned for criticizing the jannies - scoops did a poll the other day and I think there were 12 people lurking who were banned.
Not everyone can ban evade as well since not every ISP provides dynamic IPs.
I wouldn't be surprised if 1/3rd of the regular posters got banned between Thursday and Saturday. So most of the bans should either be expired, or expiring soon, hopefully bringing some normalcy back to the thread instead of the monkey/cock spam.
