Hey /pmg/'rs, I'm the guy opening my own LCS and I'm putting together my start-up costs. Here are my considerations:

>1st year's rent
>Security (door upgrades, cameras, systems, safe, reinforced display cases, etc)
>Testing equipment (scale, SigMa Metalytics analyzer suite, stone, etc)
>Public liability insurance
>Inventory insurance
>Inventory ($50k in stock, $50k cash-on-hand to buy from customers)

Can you guys think of anything I'm missing?

This guy is Normalcy Bias: The Poster. He's not addressing any of the arguments with counter-arguments or facts, he's just dismissing them out of hand and literally saying "everything will continue as normal."

take it from a top 50 business school grad, none of us are employed and those that are had mommy & daddy hand them 50k/year accounting/grunt work.

If I could do it over I’d major in comp. sci. and minor in economics or business since most business analyst jobs want you to know how to use R or SQL anyways
