material is cheaper when you have an account with suppliers. we don't build buildings though, we do earthwork/paving/concrete and things of that nature. our laborers/operators have 0 education, but they make $65+/hr when we do public works jobs since "prevailing" wage is required.

since there's tons of software devs on here, and people looking to get experience, then starting some software/mobile app shouldn't be too hard. After all, you guys have nothing else to do since you work 20 minutes a day.
