I run an online business that uses a certain type of software. Recently, the software is no longer working, meaning orders can no longer be fulfilled. The software developer is aware of the issue but said it's a difficult fix and can't provide a timeline of when (if ever) it'll get patched.

Should I stop accepting orders completely, seeing as I can't fulfill them? Should I still accept orders, but put a banner on my site notifying them of potential delays? Should I accept orders as always, but tell them about delays afterward and give them the opportunity to do a no-questions-asked refund? Should I try fulfilling the orders using another persons service and just be a middle-man? Should I try to sell the business???

Tell me /biz/, what would you do in my shoes? I'm pretty lost here.
