Snarky comments aside, this really is not uncommon. It's not something the majority of people do by any stretch, but when you have a population of 300,000,000, it doesn't take a very large percentage of people to actually cause a few thousand cases every year.

Is he buying it outright? Or with a loan?

If it's a loan, you will almost certainly be on the loan, and thus liable when (probably not if) he stops paying it off, or stops/is late paying you off. If the insurance is in your name, he can fuck everything up and ruin your life for years. Preventing that is going to cost you thousands.

If it's bought with 100% cash, and the title is in your name, you can pull a full jew move and just walk off with the car. There's very little he can do about it.

No matter what happens this is a fucking stupid idea for one of you, if not both because there is no way to properly mitigate the risk that you are required to take.

How to find and appear desirable to hiring managers at shit-tier positions?

Basically how do I get these supposedly easy to get jobs with a low wage and high turn over rate, I understand the interview process, attire, etc for salaried jobs and "career"-type jobs where you need to dress nicely, research the company beforehand, have a cover-letter and send a thank-you letter several days later but I'm having some trouble finding a shit-tier job for the time being. I've went to quite a bit of interviews, which I thought I did quite well but never got a call back and even I call back a few days later they tell me the position has been filled.

I'm not really sure what else to do, there doesn't seem very much variety in what you can do besides just asking to speak to manager, handing them a resume and saying thank you then calling back a week later. Interview questions seem very cookie-cutter with just a couple of non-retarded answers that I'm sure everyone says so you can't really stand out in that aspect too(as opposed to career-y salaried jobs where they care about your experience, your references, how you dress and such).

I'm sure there's other anons here in a similar position or who have overcome so could we discuss finding shit-tier minimum wage jobs?
