Honestly doubt it. Options throughout 2021 were fantastic for initiating runs during ETF re-balances and options settlements, but options closing out also killed momentum and let them short into cratering prices, rugging each run. This time though the liquidity is gone and the options degeneracy is gone, but the upcoming run has a fuckhuge stack of obligations to settle (3 months worth, by the second week of Jan). If it gets going without any options on the chain to defuse the run they may not be able to stop it, because the only options being traded will be due to FOMO.

The 2016 election was awesome fun for the time, but after that I had to stop giving a shit about politics otherwise I'd be some lunatic screeching in the streets right now. America is a banana republic now and is more communist than even outright communist regimes are. It's populace doesn't even deserve to be saved from itself. It needs to suffer a decline, and shadenfreude is what I have to look forward to once all the people I despise get what's coming to them.
