Got myself a coin of each of the most popular rounds (at least in EU) last week to see what I should stack from now on. Here my thoughts on them.

- Kangaroo's: Probably the best pick budget wise; It's often the cheapest option for new silver in the EU and it's a great 9999 quality round. It has a laser etched security feature and It looks okay-ish, not as good as a Maple and not as bad as a Kruger. They come in good sealed tubes.

- Maple leafs: More expensive as the roo's, but they look nicer, more details and some shine. Also in 9999 silver and with a security feature. The currently are harder to get in the EU but if you can get them for a good price it's a good pick. Not a big fan of the unsealed tubes they come in; The kruger and roo tubes are nicer.

- Britannia's - They actually look nicer IRL as on the picture. It's only 999 quality though and has no security feature like the 2 above. Might be a good pick for UK residents as a tax free coin.

- Krugerrand: Not that great looking coin imo; It seems to lack the amount of detail a Maple has for example and isn't that shiny. It is a decent 9999 quality round though.

- Philharmonikers: Expected more of the most known EU coin. Only 999 quality silver, it's the only one with smooth edges instead of ridges and the design is a bit boring imo.

- Krakens: A little bit more expensive per oz but the 2oz coins feel nice. It's a double sized Maple leaf quality wise.

- Random New Zealand Mint coins: Almost as cheap as the regular rounds but with interesting designs on them. Overal quite good but only 999 silver and less known. Maybe not great to stack but fun to have a couple.

- Random other Perth Mint coins: Amazing, really good looking, high quality coins and very close to the price of regular bullion coins. Also in 9999 silver.

My overall conclusion from this is that for the cheapest stacking in EU you need 1oz Roo's, For the highest quality coins get coins from the Canadian Mint or Perth Mint.
