Yeah I was happy to see the project is still alive as well. I thought maybe Flare was a rebranding at first, but just strange how none of the developers are connected to any of the Ripple team on Github.

To me it seems like Flare is a "golden" bridge to ETH and DeFi like you say. That means ETH will truly never die out. BG had said 99% of the space will die, but it seems like 75% is a more reasonable percentage considering ERC20s will still be in use.

I am lead to believe that the team behind Flare is actually AVA labs, which solidifies BG123 art. Why so much secrecy though?

I was on the fence about claiming because it just seems weird knowing Codius is still hindering in the background. Interoperability I suppose. Bridges are better than walls like DS says. I appreciate your comments.
